REQUIRING PREPARATION OF OUTGOING CORRESPONDENCE IN SUFFICIENT COPIES.

In order to minimize delay in the handling of official papers by the various departments, bureaus and offices, as well as the government-owned or controlled corporations, all action units are hereby directed to see to it that all outgoing communications are complete in set and with sufficient number of carbon copies, that is, at least one carbon copy each for the offices through which the papers are expected to be coursed shall be provided and that there will be two copies in addition to the original when the papers reach the offices concerned. For ease of reference, action units shall always retain a carbon copy of the communications prepared by them.

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
