BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

[ Memorandum Order No. 282, March 29, 1972 ]

EXTENDING THE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH THE COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 270 DATED FEBRUARY 5, 1972, SHALL DRAW UP AND SUBMIT THE IMPLEMENTING DETAILS OF ARTICLE 2186 OF THE CIVIL CODE.

WHEREAS,the Committee created under Memorandum Order So. 270 dated February 3,1972, was given a period of sixty (60) days from said date within which to draw up and submit to this Office a complete plan and program for implementing Article 2186 of the Civil Code, requiring every owner of a or vehicle to file

WHEREAS,it has been found out that the Committee needs more time within which to accomplish and submit its work;

WHEREFORE, the said Committee is hereby granted an additional period of thirty (30) days from and after the expiration of the first sixty (60) days originally prescribed under the said Memorandum Order within which to finish and submit to this Office a complete plan and program for implementing Article 2186 of the Civil Code, Memorandum Order No. 270 dated February 3, 1972, is accordingly modified.1aшphi1
