ANNOUNCING THE HOLDING OF A SEMINAR ON RECORDS MANAGEMENT

In line with the policy of the Office on in-service training, a course on Records Management will be conducted from May 3 to May 28, 1971, to acquaint the personnel involved in records keeping, to enable them to become effective in the performance of their duties.  The sessions will be held from 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. daily Monday thru Friday at the Budget Commission Conference Room except the practice sessions which will be held in the respective offices of the participants in the mornings of May 12 to 17, 1971 from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon.

Principally this course is designed for the personnel of the Records Division of this Office. However, each office and principal unit may send not more than one participant who is in some way involved in the records keeping in his office or unit.

In order to gain maximum benefits from the course, participants are enjoined to attend the sessions regularly Certificates of completion will be issued to those who fulfill the basic requirements

The names of the nominees should be submitted to the Chief Gaining Officer (Administrative Office) at least one day before the start of the seminar.1aшphi1
