DIRECTING THE ADOPTION IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE WORK HOURS PRESCRIBED IN MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 447, CURRENT SERIES.

It is hereby directed that the office hours prescribed in Memorandum Circular No. 447, dated March 2, 19 71, for the summer season, April 2 to June 15, 19 71, be adopted by all the units of the Executive Office.

The grouping of employees into two and the schedules of the group must be prepared and submitted to the Executive Secretary through the Administrative Office as soon as possible.1aшphi1

Since Thursday, April 8th, and Friday, April 9th, are holidays, the schedule should include Wednesday, April 7th, and Monday, April 12th, such that one group shall enjoy half-day on April 7th, and (P.M.) and the other group on April 12th (A.M.) so as to allow employees to enjoy 4 1/2days off-duty for that weekend only.
