AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS OFFICER TO ASSIGN ADDITIONAL EMPLOYEES TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH MEAL ALLOWANCE IN THE RECORDS DIVISION.

In view of the exigencies of the service, the Presidential Records Officer is hereby authorized to assign additional employees in the Records Division to render overtime service with meal allowance, after the regular office hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, to work in the inventory, disposal and up-dating of the records on file in this Office, for a period of two (2) months effective March 1, 1971, provided that the additional meal units shall not exceed twenty-one (21) a day, in addition to the twenty-six (26) units a day previously allocated to the Division, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
