FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 128 DATED JUNE 27, 1969, ENTITLED “CREATING THE ACTION COMMITTEE ON CITIZENS COMPLAINTS.”

Memorandum Order No. 128 dated June 27, 1969, as amended by Memorandum Order No. 173 dated February 28, 1970, entitled “CREATING THE ACTION COMMITTEE ON CITIZENS COMPLAINTS,” is hereby further amended so as to:

A. Change the Committee’s name to “PRESIDENTIAL ACTION COMMITTEE ON CITIZENS COMPLAINTS;”

B. Increase the membership thereof by including:

1. Miss Grace Plazo, NMPC

2. Mr. Pablo del Rosario, Rural Broadcasters Council

3. Mr. Raymundo Forbes, Private Sector

C. Delete the names of the following as members:

1. Mr. Bert Zamora, NMPC

2. Mr. Tito Garcia, Rural Broadcasters Council

D. Empower the Committee to call upon any department, bureau, office or other instrumentalities of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for any assistance or information it may need in the performance of its functions.1aшphi1
