ANNOUNCING THE HOLDING OF THE SEMINAR ON MANAGERIAL TECHNIQUES FOR MIDDLE MANAGEMENT.

In line with the policy of the Office on in-service training, a seminar on Managerial Techniques for Middle Management will be conducted from April 20 to May 19, 1970, to acquaint the middle management officials and supervisors of the new trends in management to enable them to become more effective in the performance of their duties. The sessions will be held from 1:30 P.M. to 4:45 P.M. daily, Monday through Friday, at the Budget Commission Conference Room.

Each office or principal unit may send not more than two participants who are in the middle management group, such as Sr. Executive Assistant I, Presidential Administrative Assistant, Sr. Executive Assistant II, Technical Assistant, Presidential Personnel Officer, Junior Presidential Staff Assistant, or one occupying a position of equivalent rank. The names of the nominees should be submitted to the Chief Training Officer (Administrative Office) at least one day before the start of the seminar.1aшphi1

In order to gain maximum benefit from the course, participants are enjoined to attend the sessions regularly. Certificates of completion will be issued to those who fulfill the basic requirement.
