MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 175, April 1, 1970 ] DIRECTING THE ADOPTION IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE WORK HOURS PRESCRIBED IN MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 340 CURRENT SERIES. It is hereby directed that the office hours prescribed in Memorandum Circular No. 340 dated March 31, 1970, for the summer season, April 1 to June 15, 1970, be adopted by all the units of the Executive Office. The grouping of employees into two and the schedules of the group must be prepared and submitted to the Executive Secretary through the Administrative Office as soon as possible. Since Monday and Friday of each week are the only days actually affected, it is desired that the schedule include Friday, April 3rd and Monday, April 6th, for the group that will first enjoy the three-day weekend.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
