CREATING A SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE PROBLEMS PRESENTED BY STUDENT COUNCILS FROM VARIOUS SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITIES.
A Committee is hereby created to study the problems presented by student councils from various schools and universities collapsed of the following:

The Committee may call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in the performance of its functions.
The Committee shall submit its report and recommendations to the President as soon as possible.1aшphi1
