REVOKING MEMORANDUM ORDER NOS. 130 AND 167 DATED JULY 31, 1969, AND FEBRUARY 3, 1970, RESPECTIVELY.

Memorandum Order No. 130 dated July 31, 1969, entitled. “PRESCRIBING THE ADOPTION OF STAGGERED WORKING HOURS IN THE EXECUTIVE. OFFICE” and Memorandum Order No. 167 dated February 3, 1970, entitled “REQUIRING THE STAFF OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY AND THE LEGAL OFFICE TO OBSERVE FULL-TIME WORKING HOURS ON SATURDAYS,” are hereby revoked effective immediately.1aшphi1 The legal office hours of from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. during regular working days shall, accordingly, be observed

Subject to the provisions of Memorandum Order No. 54 dated February 1, 1967, and to the prior approval of the Executive Secretary, the heads of the various organizational units shall maintain a skeleton force in their respective units after office hours from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and, on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
