[ Memorandum Order No. 167, February 3, 1970 ]

REQUIRING THE STAFF OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY AND THE LEGAL OFFICE TO OBSERVE FULL-TIME WORKING HOURS ON SATURDAYS.

In view of the nature and increasing volume of work being handled by the Staff of the Executive Secretary and the Legal Office, the personnel of the said Units shall observe full-time working hours, from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., on Saturdays. For this purpose, they are hereby authorized to draw meal allowance for services rendered on the said days, subject to the availability of funds and the existing accounting and auditing requirements.

It is understood that the Chief of the Legal Office shall assign a sufficient number of personnel in the said office to work beyond 6:00 P.M., on Saturdays, whenever the exigencies of the service require.1aшphi1

This-Order shall take effect on February 7, 1970.
