CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE COMPLAINT OF COUNCILOR FLORO CRUZ OF OLONGAPO CITY AGAINST AN OFFICIAL OF THIS OFFICE.

There is hereby created a Committee composed of be following officials to investigate the complaint of Councilor Floro Cruz of Olongapo City that the sum of ₱30,000.00 is being raised to be given to a Malacañang official allegedly in consideration of the approval of a pending bill exempting the sale of commercial lots in Olongapo City for public bidding:

The Committee shall submit its report to this Office within one week from receipt hereof.1aшphi1
