PRESCRIBING THE HOURS OF OFFICIAL BUSINESS FROM DECEMBER 11, 1969 TO JANUARY 6, 1970.

In view of the onset of the Christmas season and the usual slackening of the volume of work occasioned thereby, the Executive Office shall be open for official business from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the period, from December 11, 1969, up to and including January 6, 1970, instead of from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. as prescribed in Memorandum Order No. 130 dated July 31, 1969.

Observance of the 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. schedule shall be resumed automatically beginning January 7, 1970.1aшphi1
