[ Memorandum Order No. 152, November 27, 1969 ]

AUTHORIZING THE ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS TO SIGN CERTAIN TRAVEL PAPERS.

Effective immediately, the Assistant Executive Secretary for Administrative Affairs is hereby authorized to sign certain papers involving travel abroad, as follows:

1. Where the trip does not involve any government expense;

2. Where the trip is not, on official time and

3. Where the trip is not of strict urgency, in which case it has to be disapproved under present policy.1aшphi1

However, where the urgency of a proposed trip is doubt­ful and it involves government expense, it should be elevated to the Executive Secretary for decision.
