PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES REGARDING ADVERSE ACTIONS ON MATTERS PASSED UPON BY THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE.

Effective immediately, disapprovals or denials of requests, petitions or other matters submitted to the Office of the President for decision, shall be prepared to include the reason or reasons in support thereof for the enlightenment and guidance of offices and/or the officials or employees concerned.1aшphi1
