BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

[ Memorandum Order No. 146, November 13, 1969 ]

REQUIRING THE INSTALLATION OF LOCATOR BOARDS IN EACH DIVISION UNIT OF THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE.

Effective November 12, 1969, each division/unit of the Executive Office is hereby required to install a locator board within its premises for all officials and employees in order that their whereabouts at any given time may be readily and conveniently known to all concerned.

For uniformity, blackboards shall be used for the purpose (size 3’ x 4?) and shall be prepared in accordance with the attached form. The Engineer’s Office shall be responsible for the procurement and preparation thereof.

All division/unit heads are expected to assign one employee to the locator board, in addition to his usual duties. Entries therein shall be made only whenever an official or employee goes out on official mission or on leave of absence.1aшphi1 Those concerned are therefore required to advice the one in charge in order that proper entries may be made. If there is no entry on the board, the presumption shall be that all officials and employees of the unit are present.

It should be stressed that non-compliance herewith shall be dealt with strictly.

By the authority of the President:

(Sgd.) ERNESTO M. MACEDA
Executive Secretary
