AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 133 DATED AUGUST 15, 1969.

Memorandum Order No. 133 dated August 15, 1969, entitled “ESTABLISHING A PERFORMANCE AWARD SYSTEM IN THE OFFICE”OF THE PRESIDENT,” is hereby amended so as to include within its scope outstanding division performance awards on a yearly basis, to be determined by a Committee to be created by the Executive Secretary for the purpose and which shall establish its own criteria for selection.1aшphi1
