[ Memorandum Order No. 134, August 22, 1969 ]

PROVIDING FOR THE REALLOCATION OF CERTAIN OFFICE SPACES IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

For the convenience of all concerned, the following re-allocation of office spaces in the Executive Building and the Administration Building shall be effected immediately.

1. Mr. Antonio Quejado, Presidential Assistant on Forestry Matters shall share the room of Ambassador Nicanor Roxas in the ground floor of the Administration Building.

2. Section Jacobo Clave and his staff, as Presidential Executive Assistant, shall occupy the room to be vacated by Mr. Quejado in the Executive Building.

3. Mr. Pedro Armena, Technical Assistant, will transfer to the room assigned to him in the 3rd floor of the Administration Building.

4. Dr. Guillermo De Vega and his staff, as Presidential Assistant, will occupy the room to be vacated by Mr. Armena in the Executive Building.

5. The Barrio Affairs Office and the Office Staff of the Executive Secretary shall occupy the room to be vacated by Dr. de Vega and his staff in the Executive Building.

6. The Office of the Presidential Assistant on Military Affairs will be relocated to the fifth floor of the Administration Building as soon as the office space intended for it therein is ready for occupancy. The room to be vacated by the Office of the Presidential Assistant on Military Affairs in the Executive Building shall be reserved for the physicians and nurses of the Malacaņang Palace.1aшphi1

The Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds shall implement the provisions of this Order immediately.
