MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 76, September 7, 1967 ] REQUIRING THE COURSING OF REQUESTS FOR AUDIENCE WITH THE PRESIDENT, THROUGH THE APPOINTMENTS SECRETARY. In order to insure an effective coordination in the preparation of the list of scheduled callers of the President, it is hereby required that, henceforth, all requests for audience with the President be coursed through the Appointments Secretary. In cases where a clearance to call on the President is obtained, or instructions received, directly from the President by any official in this Office other than the Appointments Secretary, the latter should be immediately informed thereof to give him sufficient time to revise or adjust the list of callers previously scheduled.
