EXEMPTING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN TEE PRESS OFFICE FROM THE PROVISIONS OF MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 54, DATED FEBRUARY 1, 1967.

Officials and employees in the Press Office who, in view of the nature of their assignments, are required to render overtime services Beyond the regular office hours, are hereby exempted from the provisions of Memorandum Order No. 54 of this Office dated February 1, 1967, pertaining to certain limitations on the payment of meal allowance for overtime service, subject to the following conditions:

1. Not more than six (6) drivers, four (4) photo­graphers, two (2) photo laboratory men, two (2) movie cameramen, two (2) radio technicians and three (3) office personnel to draw meal allowance of not more than one (l) meal unit each per day on regular work­ing days.

2. For overtime service rendered during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, – meal allowance of not more than two (2) meal units each per day.

Payment of meal allowance herein authorized is subject to availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1

This Order takes effect as of February 1, 1967, and until further advice.
