MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 9, January 6, 1966 ] ABOLISHING THE STAFF SUPPORT CENTER, CABINET ANTI-SMUGGLING COMMITTEE The Staff Support Center, Cabinet Anti-Smuggling Committee, created under Memorandum Order No. 36 .of this Office dated June 23, 1964, is hereby abolished effective immediately. Its personnel, recruited by detail from other offices, are hereby returned to their respective offices or units. They shall secure the usual clearance on their cash and property accountabilities with this Office, if any. The properties, equipment and supplies of the Staff Support Center shall be properly transferred to the Property Unit of this Office and all its records shall be turned-over to the Presidential Records Officer.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (Sgd.)
