CLOSING CERTAIN OFFICES IN THE EXECUTIVE BUILDING DURING THE SUMMIT CONFERENCE.

In order to provide maximum security and convenience for the members of the staff of the different Heads of State participating in the “Summit Conference”, the following offices in the Executive Building shall be closed and no official transactions whatsoever shall be conducted therein from Monday to Tuesday (October 24-25 1966).

1. Administrative Division

2. Appointments Division

3. Cabinet Secretariat, and

4. Staff Secretariat

All officials and employees in the said offices are hereby enjoined not to enter these or other offices in the Executive Building during the period above-mentioned.1aшphi1
