[ Memorandum Order No. 46, September 26, 1966 ]

ENJOINING ALL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO SUBMIT TO THE ANNUAL MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.

The Malacañang Clinic will begin its annual medical and physical examination, including electrocardiography, of employees in the Office of the President on October 3, 1966, All officials and employees of this Office are hereby required to submit to the said examination, provided that those who are forty (40) years of age and above, shall be given priority In electrocardiographic examination. All employees appointed in this Office on January 1, 1960, and thereafter, shall undergo complete medical check-up.

All the members of the Malacañang Household Staff are hereby required to undergo, in addition to the regular examination, such special examinations as X-rays, serology and electrocardiography, except those who have already undergone similar examinations in February, 1966.

The Director of the Malacañang Clinic shall prepare the schedule of the examinations, in coordination with the respective Division or Unit Chiefs. The said schedule shall be arranged in such manner as may be practicable to insure the smooth functioning of the Division or Unit concerned during the said examinations.

Upon completion of the examinations, the Director of the Malacañang Clinic shall submit to the Executive Secretary a comprehensive report thereon, as well as spot reports on cases which may warrant immediate attention, together with recommendations for the course of action as may be deemed necessary in the interest of the service.1aшphi1
