AUTHORIZING A NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN THE PRIVATE OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH MEAL ALLOWANCE

In view of the exigencies of the service, Capt. IRINEO ZABALA of the Office of the Private Secretary to the President is hereby authorized to assign not more than four (4) employees in the said office at any given time to render service beyond the regular office hears including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The said employees are hereby authorized to draw meal allowance for overtime service rendered in accordance with the tine schedule prescribed under Memorandum Order No. 94 of this Office dated August 17, 1964, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, and to the certification by Capt. Zabala in the corresponding time records as to the authority to render the overtime service and as to the time indicated thereon.

This Order takes effect on June 1, 1966.1aшphi1
