REQUIRING NEW APPOINTEES IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT TO SECURE NBI CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES.

All employees who were appointed or reinstated in this Office effective as of January 1, 1966, or thereafter, are hereby required to secure clearance certificates from, the National Bureau of Investigation.1aшphi1 The appointments of those who fail to submit their clearance by April 30, 1966, will be automatically terminated.

For expediency and convenience of the employees concerned, arrangements have been made with the NBI for this purpose. The NBI is sending a team to process applications for clearance. The clearance fee is P310 for each applicant. The NBI team will be available during office hours at the Office of the Provost Officer, near the Malacañang parking lot, to receive and process clearance applications, in accordance with the following schedule:

Date For employees whose surnames
begin with letters:
Monday, April 4, 1966 From A to F.
Tuesday, April 5, 1966 From G to P.
Wednesday, April 6, 1966 From Q to Z.

Hereafter, no new appointment shall be given due course until the proposed appointee submits the NBI clearance herein required.

Strict compliance with this Order is hereby enjoined.
