All lawyers and other employees in the Legal Office are hereby prohibited from discussing with any party or parties any matters pending action by them. Such callers should be advised to see the Legal Adviser or either of the Presidential Staff Assistants in said Office, They may, however, suggest to the callers to have such additional information or observation as they may wish to give, reduced to writing and submitted in the proper manner.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
