[ Memorandum Order No. 133, October 26, 1965 ]

CREATING A COMMITTEE TO ADJUDICATE THE CLAIMS OF THE MANILA PORT SERVICE AGAINST THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS FOR SUPPLIES, MATERIALS AND ARRASTRE EQUIPMENT.

There is hereby created a committee to adjudicate the claims of the Manila Port Service for supplies, materials and arrastre equipment turned over to the Bureau of Customs in November, 1962.1aшphi1 The Committee shall be composed of the following:

Chairman Mr. Dioscoro del Rosario, Technical Assistant, Office of the President:
Members 1. Mr. Federico Marcelino, General Auditing Office;

2. Mr. Socorro E. M. Valera, Program Implementation Agency;

3. Atty. Vicente A. Feria, Jr., Bureau of Customs; and

4. Mr. Benito P. Isip, Philippine National Railways

The Committee shall hold its meetings upon notice by the Chairman. It shall submit its report and recommendation to this Office not later than December 15, 1965.
