CREATING A STAFF FOR THE MUNICIPAL MAYORS AND BARRIO CAPTAINS DAY IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE.
There is hereby created a Staff for the Municipal Mayors and Barrio Captains Day in the Executive Office which shall assist the President on the occasion of Municipal Mayors and Barrio Captains Day. It shall be composed of the following:
