STOPPING THE PAYMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND REPRESENTATION ALLOWANCES OF CERTAIN OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.

For reason of budgetary limitations, the payment of transportation and representation allowances previously authorized by means of Special Orders to officials and employees in the Office of the President with rates of salary below WAPCO range 52, as well as those occupying positions not classified under WAPCO law with salaries below P8,400.00 per annum, is hereby stopped effective September 1, 1964.1aшphi1

Hereafter, transportation and representation allowances may be granted to officials and employees covered by this Order only on the selective basis as may be determined strictly on the merits of each particular case, considering the duties and requirements of the position involved.
