AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 39 OF THIS OFFICE SERIES OF 1963
Memorandum Order No. 39 dated July 17, 1963, providing for the holding of a staff meeting every Monday morning, is hereby amended so as to hold the staff meeting every Tuesday at 9:00 sharp in the morning at the Conference Room, unless cancelled or postponed to another day and/or time and place. It shall attended by the following:
1. The Commissioner of the Budget
2. The Press Secretary
3. The three Assistant Executive Secretaries
4. The Senior Aide-de-Camp to the President
5. The Staff Secretary
6. The Cabinet Secretary
7. The Private Secretary to the President
8. The Social Secretary
9. The Legislative Secretary
10. The Financial Assistant
11. The Presidential Assistant on Housing
12. The Presidential Assistant on Public Works
13. The Presidential Appointments Officer
14. The Technical Assistant on Local Governments, or the Presidential Staff Assistant, Local Governments and Civil Affairs Office
15. One Presidential Staff Assistant, Legal Office
16. The Presidential Staff Assistant, Administrative Division
17. The Presidential Staff Assistant, Buildings & Ground Division
18. The Presidential Protocol Officer
19. The Presidential Records Officer
20. One Technical Assistant from the Common Man’s Day Staff
21. The Director, Malacañang Clinic
22. The Director, Presidential Security Agency
23. The Department Chief Accountant
24. The Author
The executive Secretary may call upon other officials and employees to be present at the meeting.1aшphi1
This Order shall take effect immediately.
