[ Memorandum Order No. 78, April 6, 1964 ]

AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 59 DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1963 ENTITLED “CREATING THE PRESIDENTIAL SECURITY AGENCY UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.”

The second paragraph of Memorandum Order No. 59 dated September 30, 1963 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“The Presidential Security Agency (PSA) shall be under the supervision and control of the Senior Aide-de-Camp to the President. The head of the Agency shall be designated as Director, who shall be a ranking officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. The Director shall be concurrently an Aide-de-Camp to the President and Provost Officer of Malacañang.”

Memorandum Order No. 64 dated November 11, 1963 is hereby evoked.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
