CREATING A COMMITTEE ON PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 44 of this Office dated September 25, 1963, as amended, providing for the creation of a Committee on Physical examination in each department, there is hereby created a Committee on Physical Examination for the Office of the President composed of the following:

Dr. Francisco Casanova	Chairman
Dr. Gregorio Mateo	Member
Dr. Hermogenes Lorenzo	Member

This Order shall take effect immediately.1aшphi1
