[ Memorandum Order No. 100, September 7, 1964 ]

AUTHORIZING A NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES OF THE MALACAŅANG PRESS OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH MEAL ALLOWANCE.

In connection with the plan to further reduce operational expenses in the Office, not more than forty (40) a day of the employees in the Malacaņang Press Office as may be chosen by the Press Secretary depending on the requirements of his office, are hereby authorized to render service beyond the regular office hours with meal allowance at the rate of P2.00 per unit in accordance with the time schedule prescribed under Memorandum Order No. 94, dated August 17, 1964, subject to the availability of funds allotted for the purpose for the Press Office and to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

Official and employees authorized to draw transportation and/or representation allowances, as well as those with salary ranges of 52 and above or those receiving salaries at P8,400 or more per annum who may be required to render overtime service, are not entitle to meal allowance.

This Order takes effect as of August 1, 1964 and until further advice.1aшphi1
