COURSING OF APPOINTMENTS OF PERSONNEL, TRAVEL ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS AND SIMILAR MATTERS BEARING ON OBLIGATIONS IN WHICH EXPENDITURES ARE INVOLVED.

Hereafter, all appointments of personnel, travel orders, special orders and similar matters bearing on obligations or in which expenditures are involved, shall FIRST be coursed thru the Finance Division for verification as to availability of funds and/or coment and recommendation before such are submitted to the Assistant Executive Secretary or the Executive Secretary for final decision.1aшphi1
