[ Memorandum Order No. 4, April 2, 1962 ]

REQUIRING CHIEFS OF DIVISIONS AND OTHER PRIMARY UNITS TO SUBMIT, FOR APPROVAL, THEIR AFTERNOON DUTY SCHEDULES.

In connection with Memorandum Circular No. 3 of even date prescribing the office hours for the afternoon duty enjoined under Executive Order No. 8, dated March 30, 1962, during the period from April 2 to June 15, 1962, chiefs of divisions or other primary units are hereby required to submit, for approval, the afternoon duty schedule of at least one-half of the personnel of their respective divisions or units not later than 12:00 o’clock, noon, tomorrow.

Notwithstanding the duty schedule that may be approved, it is understood that the chief of division or primary unit may require any number of personnel in his division or unit to render afternoon duty and/or overtime service if and when the exigencies of the service so demand.1aшphi1
