[MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 48]

AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE 17TH ANNUAL CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) CONFERENCE

The National Union of Career Executive Service Officers, Inc. (NUCESO), in partnership with the Career Executive Service Board (CESB), will hold the 17th Annual CES Conference on 14-16 November 2018 at the SMX Convention Center, Davao City.

This year's conference theme is "Serbisyong Totoo sa Tunay na Pagbabago Para sa Mamamayang Pilipino.(awÞhi("

In view thereof, all CES Officers, CES Eligibles and Career Service Executive Eligibles shall be authorized to attend the Conference on official business.

Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.
