MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 30, December 12, 1966 ] AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY OF PUBLIC WORKS AND COMMUNICATIONS AND THE DIRECTOR OF CIVIL AVIATION TO UTILIZE ALL PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT IN THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICES TO MEET EMERGENCIES By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Secretary of Public Works and Communications and the Director of Civil Aviation to utilize all personnel and equipment in their respective offices, regardless of official stations, to respond to emergencies, disasters or mishaps such as breaking of dams, airplane disasters and the like.£A⩊phi£ Done in the City of Manila, this 12th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-six.
