PROVIDING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM FEBRUARY 27 TO JUNE 30, 1945

Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 30, current series, the sum of P422,562.57, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby set aside out of the appropriations provided in Commonwealth Act No. 654, in addition to the amounts provided in Administrative Order No. 5, dated May 25, 1945, for the operating expenses of the University of the Philippines during the period from February 27 to June 30, 1945, distributed, as follows:

1. For increasing the salary rates provided in Administrative Order No. 5 to correspond to the rates of salaries actually received in 1941 -
