PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE NECESSARY OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE FIBER INSPECTION SERVICE DURING THE PERIOD FROM MAY 1 TO JUNE 30, 1945, AS AUTHORIZED IN EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 30, CURRENT SERIES, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES AS REESTABLISHED, FOR A PORTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1945.

1. Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 30, current series, the following appropriations, or so much thereof as may be necessary, authorized in Commonwealth Act No. 654 as may correspond to the period starting from May 1 to June 30, 1945, are hereby set aside for the operating expenses of the Fiber Inspection Service during the said period:

2.Any savings realized from the appropriations provided under paragraph 1 of this Order are hereby authorized to be used to cover expenditures incurred from the reestablishment of the Government of the Commonwealth on Philippine soil on October 23, 1944, to April 30, 1945. Done at the City of Manila, this 26th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-five, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the tenth.
